Kalina Stancheva

Education:  University of National and World Economy, Faculty of law, 2012 – 2018. Foreign languages: English /Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English/; Spanish and German – A2 certified; Kalina Ventsislavova Stancheva has been a junior judge at Sofia City Court since 30 August  2021 and has handled both civil and criminal cases ever since. Junior judge Stancheva takes interest in the field of criminal law and issues regarding human rights violations. She is always fascinated by the opportunity to attend trainings both at the European and the international levels.

Radoslav Angelov

Radoslav Angelov has been a junior judge at District Court of Lovech since 30 August 2021. He administers justice in civil and criminal cases. His legal interests include Digital, Civil and Commercial Law. Junior Judge Radoslav Angelov has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and in chemistry pedagogy, also. Prior to becoming a judge he worked as attorney-at-law and a researcher in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Georgi Kodzhanikolov 

 

Sofia University law degree. 2015-2018 Customs Agency, Directorate of investigations and intelligence
2018-2021 Compliance officer. Responsible for development and integration of anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures within  fintech companies. 2021 – until now Junior Prosecutor at Regional Prosecutor’s Office Plovdiv. Interested in international criminal law, financial crimes, anti-money laundering, misappropriation or cross-border value added tax fraud.

Lecturer at EJTN, National Institute of Justice, National Bar Council, National Universities and NGO-s.

Former National Contact Person of the National Judicial Network for International Cooperation; Contact Point of European Judicial Network; Deputy Chair of WG COPEN at the Council of EU on Regulation 2018/1805 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders.

Professional competence and interests in the area of Bulgarian and EU Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, International cooperation in Criminal Matters, EU Law, Legal Technology and AI tools, Judicial Training.
