As (future) magistrates, do you use social media while working (for instance on your desk, throughout a hearing, etc.).

We have the following situation: fellow magistrates are friends/followers in a social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Do you think it is considered ethically compulsory for them to like each other’ s posts/stories/photos in order to keep in touch (or to keep good terms), which is a prerequisite for professional reliability in their relationship.

Let’s imagine a judge posted some of his gym photos (naked from the waist up) on a social media platform. Do you consider this as an ethical problem that he will have to tackle with afterwards?

Do you consider the idea of your colleagues’ secondment as a way for them to escape from work?

Do you think it is inappropriate/ unethical for a magistrate to wear earrings on weird places over his/her body (for instance on the nose; on the breast; on the tongue)?
